Piko HO layout help

Actually I was looking for a layout. That can help me. I am sure there are very good ones around which will be good for a beginner. I prefer with multiple parking options. I tried to to it but not completed.

I have seen some helpful videos on Youtube.com you might learn good stuff from. There are so many out there now that I wouldn't know where to begin to show you where to start.
